Essential Property Services provides fire safety measures inspections and auditing service that complies with local statutory requirements and Section I Maintenance Building Code of Australia. Inspection results are presented in our Northern Territory-based fire safety measures compliant logbook. Fire safety measures inspections can be categorised as either passive (such as paths of travel to exits, and fire rated elements) or active (such as fire services, and exit lights).
EPS communicates with on site
contacts to develop a quarterly, biannual or annual fire safety
measures inspections regime (with the number of inspections
required determined by guidelines or by the client). Once the
client or tenant agrees on proposed fire safety measures
inspection, we perform the first inspection of the buildings with
little or no disruption to tenants. Our building assessors have
backgrounds in building inspection, building certification, and/or
building maintenance and are capable of thoroughly assessing your
building and providing required outcomes necessary to achieve
regulatory compliance with your fire safety measures
inspections obligations.
EPS fire safety measures inspections produce an audit report which usually includes deficiency items for various fire safety measures highlighted. For each fire safety measures deficiency we provide:
Fire safety
measures inspection reports can be viewed online or via email
